Oberpfaffelbachen was conceived as a fictional town to promote a very good brand of German car, think propeller and you will have it spot on. It was the place that the said car manafacturer would launch their new 1 series car with a giant ramp that would propell the car across the atlantic. The car as expected was a big success as they always (well nearly) with this particular car manafacturer. But what we fell in love with was this little Bavarian town, the idyliic scenery, the simple way of life. They even have a buxom Miss Oberpfaffelbachen on hand to help you settle in to your new surroundings.
This mythical town has took on a life of it’s own online and we are one of it’s many fans. Long live Oberpfaffelbachen!
